Badminton

Badminton is a totally inclusive activity, whether you are young or old, disabled or non-disabled, and from whatever background. It’s easy to take up, fun to play and is an extremely social sport, with a vast network of welcoming clubs.

For those who exhibit talent, there is a clear pathway through the BADMINTON England structure from local school or club to the National squad, encompassing our highly praised development strategy.

For the total beginner, there is a page detailing the basic information required to start hitting a shuttle over a net, plus links to finding local clubs and venues.

For those who have become hooked, you’ll discover how to become a member of BADMINTON England and the means by which aspiring clubs can join over 2000 organisations affiliated to the Governing Body.
